Website visit counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How form submissions are delivered
Form submissions are sent by email to our inbox through a third-party form service, FormSubmit. That service processes the message only to deliver it to us. Please review its own privacy policy if you have questions about how it handles data in transit.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to deliver the service you asked for, such as with crew or vendors for your event, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our project records, and then we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial or identity information through the form.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
